My view is this has been under the radar due to the delays of the last year or so and waiting to explode. Just go back to charts when the IBM field test with VA was first announced - this was just a trial of the GRIT solution for a couple of months. It was trading around this price pre announcement and pushed up around $1. I’m not saying it will get there again but the glowing endorsement of Total Brain (a $30m MC) from IBM / Veterans Affairs is not too shabby:
