If we relisted based on todays ann i think the SP could be hit hard. The market would be wary about past funding failures and factor this in.
If PLV can lock it down by the 28/9 and relist this would be the best method of protecting the SP and delivering value to holders.
Its a pain to drag it out but if it delivers the best returns to holders then it is the right course of action.
