    The article may have implied that Hanlong was opportunistic and jumped the gun instead of allowing a SOE to either JV with Sundance or make a full TO bid to make a quick buck by trading in SDL shares. Incompetence on the board for not doing due diligence on Hanlong and going with this mob with such a condtional bid.
