read the details of the class action, downloaded from the IMF site, IMO this does not look good for BAU, the compensation amount in the case of a loss against this action would be enormous for BAU.
basically, BAU are accused of non disclosure of sensitive information when launching the cap raising at 95c share, IMO a lot of previous and present holders will jump on this and legal costs are free to join the class action, worrying i think. was going to buy more at to-days price, had a re-think.
