If they decide to extend tomorrow, does a announcement have to come out that day as well? Or can the announcement wait a week or two before we find out whether they have extended or not.

Sometime tells me we won't see an announcement tomorrow, but at the same time NKP would be stupid not to have exercise that option already especially after everything has been arranged for.
