Gave a call to the investor liason officer this afternoon who reassured me that the LLC deal was certainly still happening, but that the recent PTN Takeover Panel moves had delayed the previously nominated timelines .
I said that there was investor ambiguity re the div payment and he stated that no guidance had been given because LLC were to become the new managers and they would be the ones to set div levels .
I asked why no announcement had been made to remove any ambiguity re the deal with LLC, and he responded that an announcement would be made soon (no details given as per the substance)
