    i too gave the investor relations officer a call. it seems that an announcement is due either tonight or tomorrow, regarding the amended proposals for both Stage 1 and Stage 2. It also seems that the AGM might need to be postponed to allow for the delay in completing Stage 1 as origonally planned. have no idea what the amendments might be.
