I do not see Shell wanting the power generation, they will only want the gas/pipelines. They will probably sell the power generation which will make the deal even better for them. I held AOE from the begining and think Shell was a mistake for AOE. Once they hooked up with AOE nobody else was interested in AOE which has put AOE in the position it is today. I honestly think AOE would have thought the partnership with Shell would have progessed further than it has.
