Deal This Week?

Complete speculation on my part here, and BUL's leadership know the caper inside out...
.... So, "imminent" suggests to me "deal all but done" and now is the minor detail stuff only and paperwork preparation between lawyers.... My ruminations further speculate that if a deal is going to be consummated this side of Christmas/end of the calendar year, it will need to be done this week, pretty much. If not, the following week is just a few days before Christmas and the legal fraternity starts to get scarce around this time.
... May or may not be, but sell now at your absolute peril, one might proffer???
