If I understand you correctly, as of the 30th Sept 2012, ADO has $3.9 mill. not $3.8 mill.

So by the 30th Dec 2012 they will have $2.9 mill.
And as they are expected to receive $.9 mill. in grants in Jan, they will have
$ 2.8 m at the end of Mar 2013.
$1.8 mill at the end of June 2013
$ 0.8 mill at the end of Sept. 2013
Negative $ 0.2 mill. at the end of Dec 2013

Provided they get the govt. grant and they keep the burn rate at approx.
$ 1mill per qtr.

And this is only if no substantial new revenue is received.

Assuming revenue is late, and considering they're not likely to keep operating all the way into absolute insolvency due to Directors legal liabilities, considerations etc,
it would seem that they will wind the business up by Oct 2013.

Option 2, As per previous statements by management, due to the process and time involved to complete a capital raising, they will announce the process approx. 2 qtr's earlier at a minimum.

Which puts the date at approx. May 2013.

This perhaps may be speculative but do you think they will again dilute existing shareholders by issuing shares at 2 cents ?
As they did for the majority of the approx. 360 million new shares that where issued since Dec 2010.

And again of course this is only if they don't receive revenue that is material to their cash flow . . . . by about May 2013. . . . . . . A good 6 months to make it happen at least.

Plenty of time considering how much anticipation thats out there for something to happen in the next few weeks.

P.S. You know that watershed deal that was announced in approx. Mar 2012, any of those secret terms come out yet ? Do you think they have any bearing to the time frames above ?
