Why Nickel Laterites, rather than Nickel Sulphides ???

Approximately 70% of the worlds known Nickel deposits are Nickel Laterite (from memory) ... & Nickel Sulphide processing is a standard job .... whereas Nickel Laterite processing at a commercial level, that works, is sort of the Holy Grail.

Not many people have got Nickel Laterite processing up and running, and even then it is dependant on the exact chemistry of the individual deposit apparently.

This process differes signifcantly from what has been tried before, and is patented, and is out there for industrial chemists to pick apart ... if they can.

As for JRV ... as part of the MOU with the Chinese, the chinese are going to do an evaluation of the processing method etc.etc. ... the existing JRV announcements on their planned processing methods are covered by "confidentiallity agreements" ... yep these proposed methods are experimental, and not patented. INL can come aboard, with it's patented technology, prove the process up, commercially, and make money at the same time.

This hoped for commercial proof, from what some say is a marginal resource, would have mining companies the world over beating a path to Intec's doors ... royalties ... licensing fees ... JV's ... etc.

Even if the market can not see the value in her yet ... I can.
