    CXY entered Gippsland Vic in 2007
    CGV (IRH) through GGP entered Vic in 2009
    IRH bought CGV in 2009 and CGV wasn't even listed until 2009 so who is following who? Think you have it the wrong way arround solar. They are 3 years behind CXY, three years ago CXY also had a similar market cap to CGV.
