    Agree, to use $50M to buy AVX is a nioghtmare!

    Look at NEU today since its own Phase III run by in-house failed. If AVX fails its ATC on Phase III or even pass but can not market it (AVX is no ability for marketing), and then AVX's share price could be down to 1cents! Then PGL willl lose $50m x (10.5-1)/10.5 = $45M!
