No anti-HIV drug fails so far does not guaranty the next one will be definately successful. Anti-HIV drug market is the one has been crowded and if yours does not show a much better improvement compared with the currently, available one, you will have no chance to succeed.
Is AVX better than NEU? I don't know after looking at the CV of Directors from AVX. A banker to act as the Chairman for biotech company is normally not a good sign. Do you know NEU has BODs used as the senior position at Pfizer?
I am neutral to any stock but care for only shareholders.
