Deal with ARV, page-8

Hi all

I'm sort of feeling a bit sick about the ARV announcement re Mt Oscar gold and the whole mess with FXR and it's downward spiral over the years when all the time the stuff was there.

Any way moving on it's great to see ARV doing well and proving what a s... job Terry Streeter and Co did with FXR whilst they had all that ground in the Pilbara deciding to chase deep coal in Bundaberg.

I have been a shareholder of Fox for many years living in hope that they would turn around.. and now correct me if I'm wrong but I think I read somewhere that Fox is not going to receive the 28mill shares from ARV because FXR is in debt to Jungle Creek AKA Terry Streeter and we will only receive 13mill shares as 15mill goes personally to Streeter as pay back.

Thoughts anyone please.
