10/9 is the end of the 45 day period for Bluebird to make an offer. It's in both companies interest to make a deal so I don't think it will be incredibly lopsided.
SAU could argue for 50% of Bluebirds market cap, but don't think it's going to happen. I think they offer 50% of SAU's current market cap so around $10m. The current capital raising would indicate cash won't be a huge component. I think they get $1m cash, $6m equity in BMV and $3m around about in expected royalties.
