No, not Airbus and Boeing next. By my read, this *is* the airbus deal.
From the article linked the other day:
"to be signed with a DIVISION OF the Airbus group"
(emphasis mine).
Then later:
"former adviser to Airbus division Eurocopter".
Eurocopter is the division. I'm actually a little disappointed, was hoping for a truly explosive deal to take us through the psychological $1 barrier :)
I do think there will be more announcemnts over the next 1 - 3 months as other companies become aware of what they might be missing out on given that Airbus has now confirmed their interest.
