It's not ground breaking, and I personally don't think it will add much value to the SP.
Thought what it will do is put more eyes on HUM and it's network and ability to originate - fulfil.
The interesting value creation is forward looking will be:
1. Their investment into Bidfin and building out CRMs, and origination channels.
2. Continued improvements to their platform and credit decisioning methodology (focusing on speed and dd).
Once that can be perfected, then you have a good growth story.
Lets not forget that in a low interest rate environment, it's not just about the cost, but the margin on the backbook will look amazing.
It's not ground breaking, and I personally don't think it will...
