newtrader you may be partly correct but the elephant in the room is Destra. They are the one that could consolidate the parties in your proposal. Logic would dictate that it is stupid for so many parties adopting divergent strategies & confussing the market. A major group that can cater to the various market segments- DVD by store, dvd by mail, VOD and VTO would combine the best of all worlds.
