Nkwe did say in their quaterly that the selling was due to several funds facing difficulty.
I agree that at this stage fundamentally NKP is a better buy than IGC however I feel that they nee to take out IGC before their bigger plan with Xstrata can be put into motion
With the financing...maybe its a combination of Xstrata support and another fund??? Just guessing here
I agree that 70cents+ is very slim...then again just hoping I guess
To be honest I think even a 40cents bid may tempt people to sell
Oh well ... just hoping it will go through
