    my take on the announcement BOS to:
    1. Receive USD$2.6M in CBTE shares at $1.00
    and
    2. Raised up to $3.42mil via issue of up t o114mil shares @ $0.03 to CBTE (proceeed which will be used for acquisition i'd expect)
