Today I came to the realisation that I once again need to seek help!
It seems I can't even communicate on an internet forum now without alienating myself by being argumentative and deliberately nasty.
For those I have offenced today during my low point I sincerely apologise and for those I have offended at other times whilst on HotCopper I also sincerely apologise.
I meant no malice or ill-will and I trust you will perhaps find it in you to understand that life is sometimes more trying than we'd like to admit to ourselves.
