"Try and look for the good things in your life, (I'm assuming) you arent starving to death in Ethiopia, you arent quadraplegic, you arent an innocent man in prison. Things can always be worse, it is always good to step back and look for the things to feel grateful for in your life."
I remember reading about a quadraplegic who was starving to death in an Ethiopian prison, he claimed that he was wrongly convicted and steadfastly maintained his innocence.
When he was being interviewed by prison officials after his wheelchair went missing,
He said,
"Things could be worse, I could barrack for Collingwood."
Moral of the story;
Keep your sense of humour and always look on the bright side of life.
