    When dealing with Gov'ts things take time. It is not the company's fault that the Gov't is not ready to sign.
    These are very long term contracts, 5-10 years. Time is required to get all details sorted.

    This is not a horse race. So if you want quick bucks then the next in Gosford is on in 5 minutes. If you loose that there is another in 15 minutes.
