    The directors of PPX have an obligation to running the business for the shareholders of PPX , and not PXUPA holders .

    That said I bought PXUPA around the $10 mark because I felt the directors at some time will need to fix the capital structure

    I will be happy to get my money back or take 125 -200 PPX for every 1 PXUPA I hold
