Take a read of OBJ thread when it was trading at 1-3cents. The HC threads turn into a dog fest before the P & G announcement. (not many things announced over the years either)
When you think deals aren't about to happen the market sometimes surprises you.
If you don't think deals are about to happen, then sell.
