"Twin you know I have huge respect for your input on ADO, but in fairness you can't have one rule over there and one over here. ADO had a MCap well north of $150 million with no deals anywhere near as big as this one confirmed and you said it was fair value. This is the first of at least 7 P&G products with GSK, then there's Coty and others in the mix not to mention in house products. The reason OBJ merits high values here and now isn't because of the financials of this one deal but what it says about OBJ's relationship with P&G and the opportunity for use in many other products they have. This business is very scaleable and merits and extremely high PE IMO."
