But I'd encourage LT informed investors to continue to address the tiring "issues" that AT raises with such monotonous regularity.

On the one hand I am influencing the register and on the other hand it is tightly held with the top 200 accumulating? Which is it?

One man cannot 'nudge' a stock. Elementary. Last time I looked there was about 30 people queued up at 12 to 12.5. I doubt I can hypnotise all of them (even if they are HC members and are getting my subliminal messages) into pulling their bids. I am not Peter Powers.
