I am sorry DV if my thoughts annoyed you (which they obviously did). I was just trying to make a point - which is, to concentrate on the research and try to filter out the obvious unsupported down (and up) ramping. If you look back through my posts I have asked straightforward questions of those most often accused of having 'psychologically' based agendas and have not received, IMO, illuminating replies. However, none of us have supernatural powers which enable us to absolutely judge the motives of others on an anonymous forum. We can, at best, only surmise as to what is genuine and what is not. The most effective way to filter out what may be sweeping, simplistic negativity (or positivity for that matter) is to attempt to ignore it and concentrate on digesting the research, because therein lies the likely answer. Just my advice, pure and simple. I don't do the research because I am not that smart, but I unapologetically try to extract it from the chatter.
