Zeptner and the RMS crew won't touch PNR with a 10 foot barge poll. With the SP movement over the last month they're now potentially in a position to get the asset they've been looking for for some time now. If RMS and NST can land on a number that works for CD then that should be the focus of the RMS board and management. That asset brings all the regional consolidation into play and gives RMS a springboard into a long-life, high quality profile leading to a significant re-rate. They'd have to raise a bucket-load of equity to make it work but there is still plenty of upside.
