There could have been many discussions about offers that were confidential and conditional that didn't get past the board. Not every offer has to be made public especially under an NDA
I imagine a lot of offers would be conditional on unanimous board support so without that it goes no further.
I'd love to know what the board and Yuman Fong think fair value is for what we have atm. Potential cure for cancer??
