The quote made by @charterist was "opportunistic bid." All I'm saying is maybe opportunistic bids have been made but the board rejected them.
I was a significant shareholder of Resapp Health when Pfizer made the TO offer. It was a scheme of arrangement and was only to be put to shareholders with unanimous board support. The board could have voted to not support it and shareholders would never have known about it.
I'm aware of the process and obligations of the board if a formal TO offer is made.
