"Time is money and Todd need to start developing port, rail and PIOP now for when the mining industry turns, to offer sh a miserly 5c would merely be another extravagant waste of sh time, money and patience as well as their own and I don't believe OCJ Aust are going to all the trouble to average down to approx. 4c per share to accept a 5c offer, hardly a return in any investors book especially since money has been tied up in Fms for years. IMO."
