Becoming international and expanding also implies that costs associated to that are higher. Your margin will be lower if you sell a tshirt in the US when it ships from outside the us for example.
Also, they have implemented different measures to attract customers such as free returns, buy now pay later, etc. While at first this can affect margins, it will only be for the better in the future.
