Thanks for all the updates and thoughts on Dean. I largely agree with most saying we want a good business man before we get a flashy, all-show and no substance man. It can be argued that public speaking is important in leaders, but to be fair, it was the first ever full report from this business and Dean is still quite young. Good public speaking can be taught and improved with time, if necessary. Most of us are crap at public speaking. I don't think good business acumen is as easy to learn, teach or achieve.
