Thanks pumkin for the court update. Good to see it all coming out and being aired in court where we expect to see some truth showing a type of white collar business "underbelly" almost.
Week 2 of 4 is almost dont so not far away from the judgement.
These 0.4c option holders keep converting...hopefully to not dump on market...another 13 million 0.4c options converted to CHM shares on close yesterday arvo... interesting.
Looks like we both, MMX and CHM might still get sold down during the case even though MMX put on 7% yesterday... but the uncertainty of the court outcome with no possible leaks besides lop sided opinionated media ramblings is making holders on both sides rather nervous.
