Basically, between 07/11/01 and 29/04/02 he sold 9,986,000 shares for $2,064,775.13 (average price .2067 cents)

Between 13/05/02 and 15/08/02, he sold 8,497,333 shares for $2,777,731.39 (average price .3268 cents)

But this shows he was NOT a party to inside trading as he has been a continous seller for quite some time. He just got lucky with the price rise. Looks like he should have sold the lot!! He still owns 4.86% of the company.
