Terry Sweet is suddenly gone and no sign of a replacement indicates his departure was sudden. Also to announce that firm intends to appoint more independent directors (again with nobody actually appointed) indicates this announcement was rapidly put together and released. I wonder what happened? Terry had exc reputation.
