I would like to give you some personal, not financial, advice. If you seriously intend to buy HAW shares then it would be wise to buy some or all for 1.3c as your games won't push people into selling. Of course there are some out there who might fall for your games but so far it is unlikely.
Sooner or later HAW will get approached in a way of T/O or partnership or Mt.Bevan buy out and that won't be at 1.3c or less. So, if you really want to take advantage of a very low sp compared to HAW's independend valuation, then buying now wouldn't mean you've paid too much.
