Just last week I took a position with GEM at $3.45 with full knowledge that a considerable take up of shares at $3.88 was due from a binding agreement. Appearently this binding agreement was renegotiated at a lower than AGREED price of the orginal $3.88 and further lower than Fridays requested halt on trade of shares which was $3.45 by the company (GEM).
WHY IS IT THAT MY GOOLIES ARE SWINGING IN THE BREEZE.
Can I renegotiate my purchase price ... as it no longer suits me ... !!!!
