For many years NKP shareholders have been pleading for various actions against directors of this company and associated entities such as Genorah and Zijin. Why have you not responded to Australian investor's interests?

We are at the end of the journey. We all want to exit this nightmare. Not at an opportunistic low price of 10 cents BUT at a fair price associated with the value of our assets.

This is what one shareholder has sent you after reading yesterday's WA Press release. He has requested that I share the contents with HC posters. There will be many more emails of this nature that will follow from Minority Holders.



"To whom it may concern, and I strongly hope it does concern someone !!!

I recently read and was appalled by the attached article in The West Australian newspaper.

I’m of the belief that this article can only be half the story, as I have faith in knowing that Australia has placed a very ethical, responsible group of people, the ASX, in charge of being the last line of defence against this happening, in your hands is the responsibility of standing up for and protecting the little guy, the working class, from giant companies like this that have the money, advisers & lawyers to try and steam role them, I’m of the belief that there would at least be one good sole within the ASX aware of what’s really happening in this case and is taking up the fight, gathering those around them and ready to stand up for these hard working Australians.

You surely would not sit by & let a company such as this exploit a loophole using foreign jurisdiction to screw them over, there’s no turning a blind eye here, or hiding behind the nothing we can do excuse, on your conscience would be hundreds of hard working Australians who have invested in this company for their future, years of hard earnt income and superannuation, ear marked for their families wellbeing, education, goals and a comfortable retirement.

Now after sacrificing for many many years, just as this group of hard working Australians are close to finally seeing some profit and be rewarded for their years and years of patience, in come the conglomerates to steal it from them, offering them a pittance of their initial investment and hiding behind superficial loopholes to kill their dreams & futures.

Does the policemen stand by as an old lady is bashed, does the lifeguard stand by as a child drowns, does the fireman drive past the fire, no they know the responsibility they have in their hands & they fight to protect, the ASX have a very similar responsibility, who’s taking up this fight ?  

Again, I believe there is someone within the ASX with the mangoes big enough to fight this to the end.

Someone who’s family looks up to them knowing they always follow through on the responsibility that’s been placed upon them.

Our Aussie diggers that fought & died for this country coined a phrase, Cometh the hour, cometh the man.

Please let me know who you are and when you’re ready to take up this fight, as I want to be in the trenches fighting along side you."
