I think there are many AGO Share Holders that believed what Ken said regarding the rail, myself included. I wrote to KB and DF and expressed my feelings, only DF replied, this is part of what he had to say.
" Yes we have been very close to doing a deal. To have not completed it is very frustrating. Ken and his team continue to work very hard and take good advice to get the best outcome for shareholders in a very challenging market.
Be rest assured that in relation to completing an infrastructure agreement we remain completely focused on getting it completed as quickly as possible".
