1. I read, "for a fee of 6% of the total amount raised" So, how do you conclude the "6% fee not payable on the full amount?"
2. Are you a Director or representative of KDR?
3. If you have a better understanding of Cygnet's Option Underwriting Agreement please provide financial explanations for the scenario's should Cygnet take up zero, 1, 2 or 5,000,000 options.

And a statement
I rang the phone number on KDR's website last week, +61 3 9671 3801, it diverted to a company called Leydin Freyer a firm run by Melanie Leydin (co secretary), whereby the person who answered the phone told me the Kidman office is often not manned. Couldn't speak to Melanie, another Director or anybody else from Kidman. The company registry Boardroom, gave me a different number to ring, +61 3 9692 7222. Guess what? It's the phone number of Leydin Freyer.

As I said, I'm sure the holders of KDR would be appreciative if any Director, Company Secretary or senior representative would like to clarify the Cygnet 'option underwriting deal'.
