Wouldn't it be better to just reschedule the capex?
Surely the exploration can wait until production commences.
Why not postpone the Hematite Phase for 12mths too?
After all there is a glut of hematite atm (just ask MGX about that.) BTY, Ansteel wouldn't happen to be one of the customers who defaulted on MGX would they?
Seems silly to sell the farm to China in order to produce more ore sooner when China is defaulting on existing contracts.
Sounds like Ansteel wants to have its cake and eat it...
