But my doubts about MR grow.

I have held RWD & IRC for a long time now.

If MR was keen, he would bring a real manager on board.

Example is ELM. They have a potash project in Africa. They gained the project and immediately hired two proven project developers.

The same with EXT. Whilst they eventually sacked the man, EXT was floundering for many years until they hired PM. Then it took off due to progress.

MR is too opaque. He just keeps you on a hook like a stupid fish without any mercy.
