I didn't reply to your post before, simply because it would have taken time to respond to it properly. So here it goes.

"you are investing in the wrong industry if you think like this, as it happens ALL the time - no one will build you a business for free.

Basically, these guys deserve to get rewarded ONCE they have succeeded in building a successful company.

Correct, but what have they been receiving already as a reward, while they were doing that? And what is considered fair reward??? Is it what they decides to pay themselves, or what someone else such as the shareholders decide to give them????? And if it happens ALL THE TIME, as you say, it doesn't make it right you know. TWICE WRONG DOESN'T MAKE IT RIGHT ONCE!!!!!!!!

Where you there when they were trudging through the muddy slopes of western tasmania spending long nights analysing data, pictures etc?

Well don't go there in the subject of hard work. Before you make these statements, in a world of web postings, you don't know what the guy you are talking to, has or hasn't done in his life.
All I can reply to this is, a question to you:
Where were you when I was building powerlines in the Snowy at times in sub zero conditions and at times more than wet and muddy, and then building others in the middle of practically desert with temperatures of up and above the old 120 degree and sometime mores while living in tents and not in a air conditioned structure?? DID I GET A FAIR REWARD FOR THAT. I BELIEVE SO MY WAGES WAS MY REWARD AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, I DIDN'T WRITE MYSELF A HUGE BONUS FOR DOING THAT.

Where you there when they could have accepted a typical white collar job in the CBD with benefits, security etc, but they decided to take a punt and build a business in the wilderness?

My answer to that is, as above.

Where you there when they took a punt to build on a business which was reliant on drilling holes in the ground, and could have so easily come up with nothing as all it took was a % here or there to make the project not viable and all your efforts wasted?

I know all about building a Business my friend and taking a punt. I own a very succesfull Business and I know what I went through to get it there. Matter of fact when I got it, it was broke. Gone, kaput, and I rebuild it. So I certainly know what is involved and the struggle to make a go of it, my friend.

Were you there to invest your time and opportunity cost of earning power in a series of unknowns?

The answer to this paragraph, is above

Or did you just grab a couple of bucks, login to your broker and push some buttons and expect everything to be done for you?

Which world do you live in Gimpoo?? How can you honestly make such a statement, again when you don't know who the other person is??
I have a lot of hard cash invested in this one, I probably have more than you, for what one can guess and assume. The answer is, that you don't know and are only guessing what I have invested in AGM.
Also remember that these Directors are using Investors money to get them there. Most of the times they don't use any of theirs because there is an element of risk involved. As such, they should be responsible and accountable to the Shareholders, my friend.

I could go on and on.

Yes I could do the same, go on and on but, the fatc remain that You don't know who I am and you also don't know what I am doing in my life.
On that point, I leave you guessing Gimpoo.
