On Dec 20th you advised shareholders to TAKE NO ACTION, with the following comment:

‘’The unsolicited Offer from our joint venture partner comes at a time when we are on the cusp of a transformational drilling and seismic campaign which aims to prove up Australia’s largest ever onshore conventional gas field.

so, for an extra 5.7% (7.4 equivalent / 7.0) you really believe you are now acting to maximise shareholder value - despite this transformational campaign about to start....   transformational doesn't mean an extra 5.7% value mate.
