i am glad you took my advice and settled the dispute with

red sky.

i understand that you probably had to pay them out, i just

wish you had the decency to inform us , the shareholders

(owners of the company that you run for us)the amount that

was paid.

as i stated before i would have been happy to pay them all

of the money that they invested so far ,so we can get rid

of them.

after all pxa(bg) and red sky jv`s partnerships where all

your creations,

which both turned into failures.

hope you learned your lesson.

shareholders will not forgive you next time.

in the last five years that you are running this company

(with your puppet board members)we paid you close to two

millions dollars, and it is amazing that you have not

invested one cent back in to this company.

well the time has come for you and all the rest the board

to show as,and the rest of the world how much you believe

in the future of ctp and

buy ctp shares....now
