I was thinking the same, :) ... and excellent outcome leaving JH/CTP to get on with it.
Emailed JH this morning and reply back couple hours later, .. settlement amount kept confidential otherwise deal may not have been done.
Don't know how ROG will explain or account for money paid out, ... to its shareholders.
I told JH, announcement unclear for me at least, but obvious a lot of others didn't know for sure.
Bring on J1 and M2
