The original solution was great but Microsoft ate their lunch with updates to the platform and now they literally add no value. Their product team is a joke and Simon should be replaced. He lacks vision and obviously connections with Microsoft to continue to develop in areas Microsoft aren't going to. Look at their Release Notes, no marketable features or anything significant for their sales team to leverage.
